Envelope Printer is the quick and easy way to print addresses on envelopes. Type in the address, then press the print button. It's that easy and that fast! You can also save addresses for easy loading for future use. It works with six standard envelope sizes: #10 business envelopes (4-1/8" x 9-1/2"), #9 reply envelopes (3-7/8" x 8-7/8"), #6-3/4 personal envelopes (3-5/8" x 6-1/2"), European size DL (110 mm x 220 mm), European size C5 (162 mm x 229 mm), and European size C6 (114 mm x 162 mm). These are the six most standard size envelopes. Envelope Printer also comes with a variety of art to decorate your return address or you can add your own 100 x 100 pixel custom image.

Instructions
Place an envelope in your printer facing the direction that is indicated on the printer's tray. Type the return address and the address in the appropriate spaces in Envelope Printer. Select the print button and the envelope will print.

Menu
NEW ENVELOPE
Select this option to delete all information on the envelope and make a new envelope. This will remove the text from the return address and the delivery address as well as the art.
LOAD ENVELOPE
Select this option to load a previously saved envelope.
SAVE / SAVE AS
Select these options to save an envelope for future use.
PRINT ENVELOPE
Select this option when you are ready to print your envelope. It works with four standard envelope sizes: #10 business envelopes (4-1/8" x 9-1/2"), #6-3/4 personal envelopes (3-5/8" x 6-1/2"), European size DL (110 mm x 220 mm), and European size C5 (162 mm x 229 mm).
CLEAR DELIVERY ADDRESS
Select this option to clear only the delivery address. The return address will remain the same as well as any art.
CUT / COPY / PASTE
Use these options to cut, copy, and paste text in and out of Envelope Printer.
ART
Choose from a variety of art to go beside the return address. You can also select none if you do not want to use art on your envelope. If you want to add your own custom image, select Custom and then load any 100 x 100 pixel bitmap image or a 600 x 200 pixel bitmap image. Use the 100 x 100 pixel option if you want to create a logo with no text. You will be able to enter the return address text separately. Use the 600 x 200 pixel option if you want to include the name and address with the artwork. The 600 x 200 pixel image will be the entire return address. To create your custom 100 x 100 pixel image or 600 x 400 pixel image, use a paint program or image editing software, then save the image as a BMP file type. Envelope Printer will only uses BMP files, so if you have artwork that is a different file type, convert it to a BMP file by loading the image you need to convert in a paint or image editing software and then save the file as a BMP file.
OPTIONS
Select your printer input tray as either Envelope Flap Up or Envelope Flap Down. If you load your envelopes into your printer by placing the flap side of the envelope up, select Envelope Flap Up. If you load your envelopes into your printer by placing the flap side of the envelope down, select Envelope Flap Down. The default is Envelope Flap Up because most printer trays are loaded in this manner, but if your envelopes are not printing properly and your printer requires that you load your envelopes with the flap side facing down, change this setting.

Select the font type and size that you want for the return address.

Select the font type and size that you want for the delivery address.

Data Backup
To backup your data files (addresses), go to your Documents folder. Then select the DatawareGames\Envelope Printer folder. Copy the Envelope Printer folder to a flash drive. In the event you need to use this backed up data, copy the Envelope Printer folder from your flash drive back to the Documents folder on your computer.
